File Requirements


To ensure your design prints perfectly:

  • Format: PNG only

  • Resolution: 300 DPI (high resolution for print)

  • Transparent background recommended

  • Maximum file size: 20 MB

  • Maximum uploads: 5 images per order

Design Tips


  • Use sharp, high-resolution graphics

  • Avoid pixelation or blurry artwork

  • Keep important elements away from edges

  • Use bold, legible fonts if including text

  • If using transparency, make sure it is intentional and clean


What We Don’t Accept


  • Non-PNG files (JPG, SVG, PDF)

  • Low-resolution screenshots or pixelated images

  • Copyrighted content without proof of ownership

  • Designs below 300 DPI
