How to choose

• A name with a simple graphic is a lovely birthday or return gift.
• Use a clear, well-lit photo for photo prints.
• Kids grow fast – check the age and size chart and consider a size up.

How long does delivery take? Printed items are printed and dispatched in 3–5 working days, then usually delivered in 3–7 working days.

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video and we will send a free replacement.

Which files can I upload? PNG files only, ideally 300 DPI with a transparent background.
